For me something that a lot of new business owners fail to realise is that in order to be successful and build a successful business requires a great deal of creativity. It requires vision, to be able to think outside the box , to not necessarily reinvent the wheel but instead us a different wheel to everyone else.

Creative selling holds a very definite place in our economy today, and it is the only power that can keep our economy strong, balanced, and capable of expanding to meet the new situations and new conditions that are developing with lightening rapidity. These new situations and new conditions will require new products and new services. Only the new breed of businesspersons of today can create the new products and new services. Only the new breed of businesspersons can create the new markets necessary for their success.

The men and women who sell today are not only faced with a responsibility, but with a definite challenge. They must have the daring and ability needed to create sales. They must wake up and smell the coffee, shake off that state of lethargy, and arouse that sleeping giant of creative power and positive action hidden within themselves.

They must dare to think for themselves. They must learn to rely on their own creative powers. With faith and confidence, engendered by positive thinking, they can and must draw on their latent ability and practice and demonstrate the power of creative selling to create sales that others may think impossible.

The new breed of businesspersons must be able to blaze new trails, open up new markets, pioneer products, and create sales; they must dare to sell things that have not been sold before while others doubt, they go forward. The new breed of businesspersons must open up new opportunities and help to bring employment to millions of people.

The new breed of businesspersons have the challenge to dare, the incentive to undertake, and build the urge to begin, and soon their ability is turned into a power that produces sales. The new breed of businesspersons must realize that “he who dares to think” stands secure in the majesty of his or her own might, and enjoys the blessing of there very own efforts.

Creative selling is a science and also an art. The science teaches you what to do, and the art teaches you ...!
