My name is Cody and my goal in life is to help as many people reach their full potential as is possible. This is a vast task seeing as our full potential is unlimited. I hope to reach millions of people in my lifetime and help them to change their lives for the better. I also hope to share with as many as who will hear it the process so that they may pass on the information to future generations and cause a chain reaction lasting long after I am gone. This is my vision, this is my dream, this is what I choose my legacy to be.
So what qualifies me for this task, what makes me think that I could possibly have anything that somebody might want? What makes me think that people would ever take the time from their busy schedules to listen to me?
Well it’s simple really, I am happy. That’s my qualification, that’s my credentials. I was not always happy, no, I mastered the art of misery, as do most, then, I rediscovered the joy of life. You see I have found the master key to happiness, unlocked the door, and been privileged to find a place few will ever find. Well, I say discovered, hardly accurate, been guided to I think is a better description. I am willing, and wanting to share this priceless information with all who will hear me.
Although few shall ever find it (happiness), it is available for all. The reason few shall find it is because most will never look. I am saying assuredly all who seek will find. The door shall be opened to all who knock. It is not an easy path, and it is fraught with obstacles, but the rewards outweigh the difficulties by multiples of millions!
My full potential as a human being will be reached by helping others reach their full potential, their full potential will be reached in providing the unique service that they have been placed here for, which intern aid yet more in achieving their potential, a chain reaction of the most delightful kind will occur.
Life as we know it is not working. Can any half way intelligent person claim that society is healthy and functioning at it highest possible levels. I don’t think so. As a civilization we are lost. Somewhere we have gone terribly, terribly wrong. Suicide, drug addiction, escalating crime, disintegration of common value, purpose and ideals. One in ten are now on sick leave or disability. This is truly ridiculous.
Our methods of living, as a culture are obviously terminally flawed, who would deny this? Yet we preserve with them anyway. We are a civilization of self harmers. We pollute our sources of water, knowing we must have these sources to survive. When we finally succeed in pouring enough chemicals into our water supply that it is no longer useable, we are history. Is this our goal, mass suicide by poison? We fill our bodies with foods that we assuredly know are harmful. Is this denial on a mass scale, or do we all just want to die?
The answer to all these problems rest in education and a new collective way of thinking. We must change the way we think as a whole if we are to survive.
We must become happy. Happy people don’t behave in this way. A happy person wishes to create more life, not destroy all the life that is in and around them. This is what we are doing. Happiness is found in the achievement of our full potential. This is why I have made this my goal and my purpose.
